Our products are finished with an epoxy powder coating.
Most of our products are finished with an epoxy powder coating. Compared to liquid paint, we have concluded that powder coating is superior in finish, durability and safety for our end users.
Powder coating wraps all metal edges, eliminating costly deburr time on critical edges resulting.
Our high volume production line includes the latest automatic, reciprocating gun applications. For short run applications, we have incorporated manual guns with fluidizing hoppers which allow quick color changes with minimal downtime.
